Privacy Policy of the Telegram bot «Хит Лайм» (Hit Lime)

1. Who processes the data

2. When we receive your data
2.1. When you write to the Bot, Telegram passes it your identifier (ID), profile name and username (@username), if you have one. Without this the Bot cannot reply to you or keep your song balance.
2.2. You provide the story for the song, your own lyrics and voice messages yourself — as much as you consider necessary.
2.3. By providing a story or a voice message and pressing «Создать песню» (Create a song) or the payment button, you consent to the processing of these data on the terms of this Policy. The consent is given in a manner that allows its receipt to be confirmed (Article 8(1) of the Law “On Personal Data and Their Protection”).
2.4. A story may contain the name of and information about the person the song is dedicated to. Share only what that person would not object to hearing in the song. Do not send your IIN (individual identification number), document details, payment details, passwords or health information.
2.5. You enter your bank card details and the e-mail address for the receipt on the page of the payment service Robokassa — the Bot does not receive them.

We do not sell or publish your data. We send news only if you have switched on «🔔 Рассылка» (Newsletter) yourself.
4. Who receives the data
4.1. Providers of artificial intelligence technologies — the story and wishes, to write the song lyrics, and the final lyrics with a description of the sound, to create the music. The identifier and profile name are not included in these requests.
4.2. Speech recognition services — voice messages, to convert speech into text.
4.3. Telegram — correspondence and files in the chat with the Bot.
4.4. The payment service Robokassa (Kazakhstan) — the order amount and number, to accept payment.
4.5. The services listed, except the payment service, are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so processing involves cross-border transfer of data. By providing a story or a voice message and pressing «Создать песню» (Create a song) or payment, you also agree to such transfer.
4.6. The Bot’s database and song files are stored on equipment used by the Company: its own or rented from a hosting provider.
4.7. Data are provided to state authorities only where there is a legal basis.
5. How long the data are kept
5.1. Incoming messages to the Bot are kept in a service log for no longer than 30 days after processing.
5.2. Balance, orders, lyrics and song files are kept while you use the Bot and for 1 year after your last contact with the Bot, unless otherwise required by law. Paid but unused songs on your balance are kept until you use them or receive a refund for them.
5.3. Payment information — for the periods established by accounting and tax legislation.
5.4. At your request the data are deleted; after that the songs on the balance and the «Мои песни» (My songs) section will become unavailable.
5.5. Retention periods at external services are determined by their own rules.
6. Your rights
You can find out what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct or delete them and withdraw your consent by writing to om_team@icloud.com or in the Bot: «❓ Помощь» (Help) → «Написать в поддержку» (Write to support). We will reply within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: information about processing — within 3 working days; upon withdrawal of consent, processing stops within 15 working days. You also have the right to apply to the authorised body or a court.
7. Data protection
Only authorised employees of the Company have access to the Bot’s data; service keys are stored separately from the code, in protected storage. Person responsible for personal data processing: Director Sergey Bykov.
8. Changes
The current version of the Policy is always available in the Bot. New processing purposes — only with new consent.
